Composition by Astor Piazzolla. This is the last arrangement on the album made by Simone. Originally this piece is written as a tribute to the violin player Suarez Paz of Astor's Quintet. Escualo means shark in Spanish and fishing for sharks was one of Astor's hobbies.
The arrangement is very different from the original but was written with this information in mind.
